Every Bear and Boon companion is carefully prepared and sent with love, ready to bring cuddles and joy to their new home. Standard shipping times and costs are shown at checkout, and we’ll keep you updated so you know exactly when your new friend will arrive. For any questions along the way, our friendly team is always happy to help.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days, although delays may occur during peak times due to the unique nature of our products. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery location.
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number, where applicable, to monitor their delivery status.
Refunds and Returns
We want every adoption to be a happy one! If your soft toy isn’t quite right, our simple returns process makes it easy to swap or return your friend. Just reach out to our team, and we’ll guide you every step of the way, because every friend deserves a joyful start in their new home.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where an item has been incorrectly sent or is faulty.
